On July 31, Angus Cloud, actor of the HBO series “Euphoria,” has died at the age of 25.

He passed away at his family home in Oakland, California. The cause of his death has not been released yet.

He played the role of Fezco “Fez” O’Neill, a local drug dealer with a close relationship to Rue (Zendaya) for 16 episodes in Seasons 1 and 2 of “Euphoria.” The show has not begun production yet for its third season.

In the contemporary music scene, Cloud also appeared in music videos by Noah Cyrus, Juice WRLD, Becky G, and Karol G.

According to the show’s Twitter page, it remarked, “We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family. We extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family during this difficult time.”

As indicated in Variety, his other acting credits included such movies as “North Hollywood” and “The Line.”

NBC News reported that Cloud buried his father a week ago and he “intensely struggled” with the loss. “The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend,” the news stated.

“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today,” his family said in a statement earlier today. “As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.”

“Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence,” the statement acknowledged.
