Joseph and Jenny Carrier caught after going on bank robbery spree

Joseph and Jenny, both 37 and from Massachusetts, were wanted in connection with a bank robbery that occurred in Aberdeen, as well as a number of similar robberies in other states.

Police arrested Joseph and Jenny Carrier after they allegedly robbed a Citizens Bank in Wilmington. The robbery occurred around noon on Monday. Aberdeen police named Joseph Carrier as a suspect in another robbery that happened on October 16 at a Bank of America branch.

During the robbery at the Bank of America branch, Joseph implied to the teller that he had a weapon. The teller handed over an undetermined amount of cash and then he took off.

A state trooper in Delaware noticed the couple driving the same stolen vehicle that was used in the previous robberies. The trooper spotted the vehicle shortly after Monday’s robbery was called in.

Instead of pulling right over, the couple took off from the trooper and led police on a chase. The chase ended in Pennsylvania, where they were stopped and arrested.

As of now, the charges the couple are facing have yet to be announced.

Authorities say Joseph and Jenny Carrier are also wanted in connection with robberies in Florida and Massachusetts.
