The Latin model and influencer Michell Roxana Castellanos received special recognition of the Global Women’s Leadership Conference in an event organized by the United Nations in Dubai, on behalf of the MIA Foundation, along with other social activists from around the world.
The MIA Foundation recognized her “outstanding effort, being a role model for every woman that aspires to become a leader”.
In a panel on female leadership and communication, Michell Roxana Castellanos gave a lecture on the work of the MIA Foundation in the education of children and the empowerment of Venezuelan women around the world.
“The objective of the MIA Foundation is to change the world by educating everyone on environmental issues. It is not about teaching not to pollute the environment, but instead educating future generations in the biological functioning of nature and creative methods we can use to adapt ourselves to it without harming it”, explained the model.
The Global Women’s Leaders Conference examined how female leaders can improve their skills and manage their current challenges, to ensure that society does not lose momentum in this field.
Michell Roxana is, above all else, a proud Venezuelan woman and a sports and healthy lifestyle enthusiast.
After becoming Miss Earth 2019, she visited many countries while on her miss duties, and this is how traveling became her hobby.
