On December 22, 2021, the Fund announced a special year end distribution for Brompton Global Dividend Growth ETF (“BDIV”) estimated to be $0.23 per unit to unitholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2021 which was automatically reinvested in additional units. Immediately following the issuance, the units of BDIV were automatically consolidated and as a result, unitholders held the same number of units after the distribution as they did before. This amount is final at $0.23 per unit.
Unitholders are reminded that the ETFs offer distribution reinvestment plans (“DRIP”) which provide unitholders with the ability to automatically reinvest distributions, commission free, and realize the benefits of compound growth. Unitholders can enroll in a DRIP program by contacting their investment advisor. The ETFs offer a DRIP for Canadian dollar denominated units only.
