Blockchain Foundry Corrects Non-Material Disclosure in Previous Press Release Regarding CoinPayments Inc.

TORONTO, May 14, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Blockchain Foundry Inc. (“BCF” or the “Company”) (CSE:BCFN), a leading North American blockchain development firm, wishes to correct inaccuracies in a press release which was issued by the Company on June 12, 2018 (the “June Release”).

BCF wishes to correct the following inaccuracies in the June Release:

  • CPS Coin was developed by CPS LIVE LTD., not CoinPayments Inc. as stated in the June Release.
  • As of June 12, 2018, the Company has been advised that CoinPayments Inc. did not have 1.6 million vendor accounts or over 1 million active users as stated in the June Release.
