From the start of the Absolutes businesses, many people who invested in real estate turned to a property management company to manage their investment. As both businesses grew, it became clear to Schlichte that he wanted to narrow his focus. So, he sold the property management business in September 2021 to Home River Group, a national property management company. Schlichte explained,
“We have a great working relationship with Home River Group. We even continue to share an office space. So if any of our real estate clients invest in property and are looking for help managing it, we can send them right over and know that they are in good hands.”
With the tasks of the property management business off their plate, Absolute Real Estate can focus on serving their customers who are buying and selling homes in Rio Rancho and the surrounding areas. Absolute Real Estate is a private brokerage with ten realtors.
