Beth Booth, Co-Owner of Spaces Renewed, to join NFIB Council
Beth Booth, C0-Owner/Designer of Spaces Renewed, to join the Leadership Council for the California branch of the NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business)

Owner/Designer of Spaces Renewed, Beth Booth, has been asked to join the Leadership Council for the California branch of the NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business), the largest small business lobby group in the nation. Spaces Renewed is a husband-and-wife-owned design, renovation, and home-build firm specializing in custom, coastal whole-home renovations, and new construction located in Oceanside, Ca.

NFIB is the voice of small business, advocating on behalf of America’s small and independent business owners, both in Washington, D.C. and in all 50 state capitals. NFIB is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, and member-driven. NFIB helps to ensure small business owners understand where candidates stand on the issues that are important to their businesses. Since its founding in 1943, NFIB has been exclusively dedicated to small and independent businesses and remains so today. NFIB has an ear to the ground on critical issues happening in Washington, D.C., and the state capitals placing NFIB at the forefront of advocating on today’s most pressing small business issues, such as taxes, healthcare, and regulations. The NFIB Small Business Legal Center protects the rights of small business owners in the nation’s courts and is currently active in more than 40 cases in federal and state courts across the country and in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Beth Booth stated, “With only twelve seats available on the board, this is a pretty special honor. I am passionate about the work and gainful employment opportunities that small businesses bring to all communities. If we want to fight for a more fair and equitable society, supporting small businesses is the absolute best way to do that. These are unifying messages that all sides of the political spectrum can hopefully agree on”.

Current NFIB Executive Director, John Kabateck, said, “I had the good fortune of meeting Beth and Marshall recently and touring their wonderful office, and discussing NFIB and small business issues. Beth and Marshall totally get it and Beth has incredible energy, temperament, small business focus, and passion for helping our number one job creators, small businesses, succeed—and grow once again”. As she told Chairman, Darrell Feil, recently, “Just wind me up and point me where you need me.” She also seems to be an amazing person who can balance work with her love for family”.
