Video: ‘Yoshi’s Woolly World’ E3 2015 trailer

Family-friendly video games are the theme of Nintendo’s presentation at E3 2015, which took place last week. It has a huge list of titles that will be available on both the Wii U and 3DS consoles, including Yoshi’s Woolly World.

If you love the Super Mario Brothers franchise, then you can look forward to Yoshi’s Woolly World in October on the Wii U.

Nintendo has streamed two trailers in advance for E3 2015.

Both trailers show that Yoshi’s Woolly World plays like your typical 2.5D stage platform title, which you should get the gist of if you have played titles like Super Mario Wii U.

Wool is the theme of Yoshi’s Woolly World as the background stages and character sprites are made out of the stuff, where players control the titular Yoshi. Two players can cooperative play as the first player uses Green Yoshi and the second player uses Red Yoshi.

It feels appropriate given that Mario wears red and Luigi wears green.

The E3 2015 trailer highlights Amiibo support, which will play a fundamental role in enjoying Yoshi’s Woolly World.

Using a Yarn Yoshi Amiibo allows you to use yarn attacks on your enemies, but allows you to do other things as well.

You can even use a Samus Aran Amiibo, which allows you to transform into a motorcycle and traverse the environment.

The other trailer, “It’s So Fluffy,” reveals the story as Kamek had to be a d—k and transform the other Yoshis into balls of yarn before kidnapping them.

Yoshi’s Woolly World gives you the ability to play how you want to, where it shows off “power badges” as big example.

Look forward to the title on October 16.
