Review: Cody Canyon delights on cover of Rachel Platten’s ‘Fight Song’ (Includes first-hand account)

His cover of “Fight Song” has a neat orchestral arrangement to it, featuring his rich and captivating voice, as he displays his incredible vocal range. His version builds up slowly into one true vocal event towards the end of the song.

Most impressive about the song is that he arranged the version himself, and Canyon was responsible for the mixing of the vocals. The drums were provided by Travis Plaza, who helped him master the song. Canyon’s cover of “Fight Song” has a calming and relaxing vibe to it.

A member of Chippendales, Canyon performs this song regularly during their live shows.
