Amanda Smith nominated for 2017 IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year

Amanda Smith, who has won this prestigious IBMA award once in 2014, is nominated along five-time winner Dale Ann Bradley, as well as first-time nominees Brooke Aldridge, Sierra Hull and Molly Tuttle.

Smith’s Unbound studio album, which was released last year, garnered a rave review from Digital Journal.

Amanda’s husband, fellow bluegrass musician Kenny Smith, has been nominated again in the IBMA category for “Guitar Player of the Year,” an award that he has won twice in his career, back in 1998 and 1999.
