Back in February, Nick from Dude Foods created an ice cream cone made from Rice Krispies cereal, and that is where the idea of a Fruity Pebbles cone originated from. Nice wrote that he followed the same exact steps that he followed when making the Rice Krispies cone, and the only thing he did differently was used Fruity Pebbles instead of Rice Krispies.
Three tablespoons of butter was melted in a saucepan, and then marshmallows and Fruity Pebbles were added. After adding the cereal and marshmallows, they were mixed together and then it was spread over wax paper.
Once the mix was spread onto the wax paper, it was flattened with a rolling pin, and then it was wrapped around a cone form.
As for what ice cream Nick decided to use, he topped his cone off with vanilla ice cream.
