If you don't like eating Mexican food on Cinco De Mayo, you are a racist and a bigot. At least that's what several people featured in this new Mark Dice video seem to believe.
Author and political analyst Mark Dice is known for his crazy man on the street interview videos. In an attempt to point out what he calls the "zombification" of the public, Dice goes around asking bizarre questions to unsuspecting beach goers in San Diego and posts the results on his YouTube channel. He once got people to react to a fake report that Michelle and Barack Obama were getting a divorce and on another occasion he got people to sign a petition to put carcinogens into the water supply.
In a new video posted on Monday, Dice once again shows that several Americans are either ignorant or have taken political correctness to an entirely new level. In the video, Dice goes around asking beach goers what they think about John Boehener's "racist statement" that he "doesn't like Mexican food." Surprisingly, many of the beach goers featured in the video agree that such statements are racist and even go so far as to suggest that Boehner should step down from office.
Only one person featured in the video challenges Dice. A man featured at the end of the video says, "it's absurd to think it's racist to not like Mexican food. I don't like Italian food but I don't hate Italians."
Despite many theories and accusations, Mark Dice has previously stated that he does not edit out the more informed responses to his questions in order to make things look worse than they really are. He claims that everything featured in his videos is authentic.
