In Brooksville, Florida the authorities have updated the dress code making the city's employees wear underwear. The city voted 4-1 for the new rules.

Not only do the workers have to cover up their private parts, but they have to also use deodorant.
The city north of Tampa is being strict about their latest rules that ban exposed underwear, clothing with foul language, sexy duds and piercings visible anywhere other than a person's ears. If someone shows up in violation of the rules they will get warned. Repeated offenses and the employee will be fired.
Not everyone is gung-ho for the underwear rule. Mayor Joe Bernadini says the underwear edict "takes away freedom of choice."
Tampa reports:
"They said you had to wear undergarments," Bernardini said, "but who's going to be the judge of that? Sometimes when it comes to certain people going bra-less, it's obvious. But who's staring to see if that person doesn't have underwear on?"
