Tampa Bay Business Journal Ranked Top Firms Based on 2019 Transaction Volumes

The Tampa Bay Business Journal recently released it’s annual list of the Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in Tampa Bay based on transaction volumes for sales and leases in 2019. SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate was ranked 11th among 36 brokerages included in the list.
The brokerage’s ranking was based on 2019 total transactions of more than $189 million. Sales volume was $182.4 million, and leases were $6.6 million. The list was created from an assessment of brokerages located in Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota counties.
