Greenvale - On July 6, 2018, the acclaimed southern rock group The Marshall Tucker Band will be bringing their southern rock classic hits to Long Island.
The musical groups will be performing at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts in Greenvale on Long Island, along with The Charlie Daniels Band and The Outlaws as part of "Southern Rock Revival."
This summer, original lead singer Doug Gray and The Marshall Tucker Band have signed on as a special musical guest for 14 of 21 live show dates on the two-year Lynyrd Skynyrd "Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour."The
The Marshall Tucker Band has been out on the road touring for over 45 years. They were founded in Spartanburg, South Carolina in the early '70s. Their smash hits "Can't You See," "Heard It In A Love Song," "Fire On The Mountain," and "24 Hours At A Time," and "Blue Ridge Mountain Sky," have all stood the test of time.
Daniels is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, as well as a Grand Ole Opry member and Grammy award winner. Tonight, on June 28, 2018, Daniels is hosting the Veteran Impact Celebration in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, for a benefit event.
