As a result of Stewart’s actions, police and the council will slap him with a Criminal Anti-Social Behavior Order (CRASBO).
If the order is granted, then Stewart will not be able to sell fake bottles of vodka and whiskey on Blackpool’s streets.
According to Daily Mail, police arrested Stewart after he was seen trying to sell the bottles of fake whiskey and vodka to tourists for around $15.
When scientific analysis were done on the drinks, it was revealed that some of the drinks contained just flat cola, but others contained human waste.
Victoria Cartmell, Blackpool Council prosecutor, said that feces and urine was probably put in the drinks in order to give the color of whiskey.
Cartmell added that the drinks were hazardous and they contained e-coli bacteria. She went onto say that Stewart has been involved in 32 incidents and he is a troublesome offender.
Martin Hillson, who is defending Stewart, said he plans on objecting to the CRASBO because under the order, Stewart wouldn’t be able to sell The Big Issue magazine.
Hillson said Stewart sold the fake alcohol because he needed cash for food.
Stewart ended up being sentenced a few days ago, and was given a 70 day jail term, suspended for 12 months.
