NetSales Inc. and Cisco Resource Network Move in Together

NetSales Inc., a B2B e-commerce provider, has joined the Cisco Resource
Network, a vendor alliance assembled by Cisco Systems Inc. to meet the
business requirements of New Economy companies.

Cisco brings 40 independent software and hardware vendors, service
providers, value-added resellers and systems integrators together with
small and medium-sized businesses through the resource network to
provide information, tools and resources to help those businesses fully
participate in the Internet economy.

Under terms of the agreement, NetSales’ full- service e-commerce
solutions will be included in and available through, the Cisco network.
The network’s range of goods and services also will be made available to
NetSales’ existing customer base.

“Like our recent agreements with Time Warner, Chase Manhattan, Wells
Fargo and others, the alliance with Cisco represents yet another high-
quality channel through which we can reach our target market of small-
and medium-sized companies,” said Robert Fraser, NetSales’ CEO and
Founder.
