Villa Nof Yam Offers An Eco-Friendly Luxury Accommodation In Santa Teresa

Featuring Modern Sustainable Design, This Private Villa Hosts Luxury Travelers In Costa Rica’s Renowned Surfing Holiday Destination.

Santa Teresa is a small coastal town in Costa Rica’s Puntarenas Province in the Nicoya Peninsula. Idyllic and relatively remote, the place has long been beloved by locals and tourists alike for its beautiful beaches and thrilling surf spots.

In recent years, the town has steadily gained popularity among the elite class as well, frequently being dubbed ‘the next Tulum”, in reference to the famed Mexican town. Santa Teresa has now evolved into a luxury holiday destination that offers a myriad of recreational experiences. Today, visitors indulge in activities such as yoga retreats, surf clubs, and more.

This distinct appeal was what attracted Israeli couple, Tami and Ran, to put down roots in this rural town in the middle of Central America.

“We fell in love at first sight,” recalls the couple. “The tranquil beaches that make up the scenery, the energy of the people, and the atmosphere of a small village in paradise. And most importantly yoga and surfing. We knew at that moment that this was the place where we wanted to live.”

No sooner than this did they start working on building their dream house, eyeing an excellent location on a mountain’s edge and with a full view of the Pacific Ocean. This luxurious four-bedroom five-bathroom house now proudly stands as Santa Teresa’s Villa Nof Yam.

From its elevated setting sixty meters above the ocean waters, the villa has first-line ocean view from each room and is nestled like a floating boat on top of the mountain. The exclusive accommodation welcomes visitors with an array of bespoke holiday experiences including yoga classes and the services of a dedicated chef. While maintaining its tranquil seclusion, the villa’s location provides easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

A notable feature of Villa Nof Yam is its innovative design dedicated to sustainability – from its purified natural well water to its bio sewage system. The property’s architecture cleverly allows occupants to relish the surrounding nature while being able to enjoy the comforts of modern living. This is well displayed in the villa’s saltwater infinity pool that seems to extend to the ocean waters and its spacious open decks embraced by canopy the coastal woodland and ventilated by the ocean breeze that blows into the mountain’s face.

Since its opening, Tami and Ran have hosted numerous guests at the villa, many of whom attest to the quality of their holiday experiences. One particular guest states, “So many things to do here and so many magical moments to be had here. The service is excellent and the villa is breathtakingly beautiful. We are surrounded by luscious jungle forest and pristine, wild beaches.”
