On Tuesday, January 25th and Thursday, January 27th at 9 pm ET, Ms. Foxworth will engage in a two-part interview with award winning chef CARLOS BROWN -whose dinner table included celebrities such as Jim Carrey, Whoopi Goldberg as well as Barack & Michelle Obama.  When he’s not feeding the well-known and famous, Chef Brown is paying it forward thanks to his culinary school for youth, which teaches our young folks to become future chefs.
