Tailor Brands Release an Exciting New Product to Expand Their Suite of Business Start-up Tools

Tailor Brands launched an automated LLC formation product which allows new entrepreneurs to apply to form a limited company without having to jump through complex steps. “Making these legal services accessible is the next thing on our list to democratize the small business space”, Yali Saar, CEO and co-founder of Tailor Brands.

Feb 11th, 2022 – New York – Tailor Brands, an AI-driven startup for entrepreneurs and aspiring small business owners, has launched an automated LLC formation product that will allow new entrepreneurs to apply to form a limited company without having to jump through complex steps and legal hoops typically associated with forming an LLC.

“The legal aspects of starting a business can be an incredibly intimidating process for people who are just starting out, and we wanted to ease that burden for entrepreneurs everywhere,” said Yali Saar, CEO and co-founder of Tailor Brands. “Making these legal services accessible is the next thing on our list to democratize the small business space, and we see our LLC formation tool as a monumental part of that – helping aspiring business owners to launch ventures that are successful in the long term, while simplifying the process along the way.”

Tailor Brands started as a leader in the AI logo design space. However, over the last few years the company has been expanding their offering with the goal of becoming a one-stop shop that provides a suite of automated tools that help business owners launch their brand and build their online presence. Besides the AI logo maker, business owners can now avail of *tools/ services* such as: domain registrar, automated website builder, professional email address, designs for social media to branded assets like business cards and merchandise.

Now, an automated limited liability company service has been added to that offering, in line with the Tailor Brands vision of being able to help small businesses launch and grow, all from one platform. The debut of their LLC Formation Service comes on the heels of a $50 million Series C fundraising round – led by GoDaddy and joined by returning investors – and making a total of $70 million since the company’s establishment in 2015.

To form a limited company through Tailor Brands, customers have to answer a few guided questions about their business, such as their name, their industry, and the state they want to register in.

Total state compliance is included as part of the Tailor Brands limited liability company package, and customers can also choose to add on other related services, like an EIN and Registered Agent. From start to finish, the entire application process is wrapped up in a matter of minutes.

Over 30 million aspiring business owners have started their journey with Tailor Brands thus far. The successful launch of the LLC service opens the door to even more offerings that will solidify Tailor Brands’ goal of becoming a one-stop SaaS for new business owners.
