Sarah has been quite pleasantly surprised by the direction of the market following Covid. “Nobody could have predicted that the city would be in such a strong position today, and I don’t think there could be a better time to be in real estate. Prices are – while not at their peak – well above where they were pre-Covid, with the potential for further increases as we head into the second half of the year.”
