Deks is a niche media platform for publishing and viewing IT news and insides in short message format, developed by the Insights project. The distinctive features of Deks are its unique environment and high signal level.
The app will unite industry professionals for a quick exchange of news, ideas and other useful content from IT and everything connected with it: IT startups, product management, design, engineering, etc. In the future, content monetization will be available.
For the users' convenience, the optimal format was chosen: the information is presented in the form of cards with a short material and a picture. The presentation principle: one card - one new story. Cards are short messages with covers, grouped into decks.
The message is limited to 500 characters - this is the optimal variant for a text feed, which allows you to read any news in less than 15 seconds. You can then follow the link to the author's resource and get more information if you wish.
The main differences between Deks and other media platforms are the high signal level and the exclusive focus on the technical environment in order to create a professional IT-community. The goal of Deks is to unite technical specialists and IT companies on one platform.
One can become an author through standard registration. There is a community in Discord to support authors, where you can ask questions to moderators and other members of the community.
