The warranty is valid for damages caused by the sun, mold, mildew, air pollution, and any Manufacturer Design Defect (MDD) which causes the screen to come out of its frame or any seam splits. Coming out of the side tracks or split seams unprotects that opening and allows for hurricane damage as if the opening was never protected.
