According to Bloomberg New Energy Finance, President Biden’s promise to install 500,000 EV charging stations by 2030 could lead to 25 million more EV sales! 2021 will be the year of new EV models, new EV sales, and new charging station installations nationwide.
Per CNBC, President Joe Biden is prioritizing a national EV charging network under his $2 trillion infrastructure bill, promising to have at least 500,000 of the devices installed across the U.S. by 2030. AlixPartners estimates $300 billion will be needed to build a global charging network to accommodate the expected growth of EVs by 2030, including $50 billion in the U.S. alone.
