About I.A.N’s Creator
Dr. Conrad Miller is an Business-Engineer, entrepreneur, and innovator. He is the Co-Founder and C.E.O. of Interactive Audience Network (I.A.N), a next-generation creator platform for creators and fans. Dr. Miller got the idea to create I.A.N while pursuing his D.B.A. (Doctor of Business Administration) specializing in Strategy and Innovation.
Dr. Conrad Miller has worked with entrepreneurs and innovators to help them develop innovative ways to build their technology services. He is also the Engineering Services Manager at a power plant in Jamaica and oversees its reliability operations to ensure things run smoothly.
While also being the founder of Ideas to Innovation, a company specializing in turning creative ideas into reality, Dr. Miller is passionate about helping others realize their visions into something tangible. He believes innovation is the key to success in today’s ever-changing world and works tirelessly to empower others to bring their unique ideas to life.
The Birth of I.A.N
In 2020, Dr. Miller had a vision of revolutionizing audience interactivity bridging the gap between content creators and consumers. His dream resulted in launching a new mobile application/tool, Interactive Audience Network (I.A.N), that could change the content creator landscape forever.
The live interactions aspect of I.A.N started as a project to improve evaluations in Toastmasters. Dr. Miller being a member of the Dynamic Speakers Club in Jamaica recognized a potential for providing improved feedback to speakers by tapping into the listeners’ thoughts on a time scale throughout the presentation. The idea was not just to provide an end-of-speech summary survey but also a second-by-second compiled feedback from the audience. However, I.A.N quickly became an invaluable tool for improving the feedback system for all live presenters such as speakers, comedians, singers, Youtube content creators, lecturers, and much more.
In short, I.A.N was born out of a passion for extracting and utilizing feedback in an effective, valuable, and anonymous way.

Struggles before the breakthrough
Although Dr. Miller is an Engineer, he is not a programmer. Thus, he wanted to ensure it was done right, so finding a competent and affordable third party took time and effort. This was just the beginning of his struggles.
Dr. Miller was quickly facing more issues like:
- Communication barrier with developers
- Missing features in the app
- Hiring multiple competent resources
- Time Zone Differences
But Dr. Miller did not mind He was passionate and resilient and made it work.
I.A.N to the rescue: Creators connect with the audience
I.A.N was born out of a desire to improve how audiences interact with their content and creators. The best presentations and performances always have an audience present, whether live or recorded, and I.A.N provides access to interaction for both. More so, having a proper feedback system is instrumental for the presenters or creators to improve their skills. A short explanation of the platform can be found at

I.A.N makes it easy for the audience to give immediate or live feedback so that the creators can take notes and improve their skills. Likewise, audiences can use it to record their own video feedback and post it with their live, specific feedback. The biggest thing about I.A.N. is that the feedbacks are anonymous and is a compilation of all the audience responses which are shown to the host on a second-by-second timeline.
I.A.N is currently operating on phase 1, which includes all the main ideas/functions. Since Dr. Miller loves feedback, phase 2 will be launched after about 3 months of operation including suggestions and feedback from the users.
Message to the readers
A new world of audience interactivity is unfolding where the audience can truly become a part of the action. Dr. Miller believes that once we start interacting live with videos and live performances through I.A.N, we will look back and wonder how we ever used to only give thumbs up, thumbs down, or generic comments as feedback.
