WESTLAKE, OH, October 01, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — Exit Planning Institute (EPI) announced today the dates for their 2023 CEPA Online programs and the addition of two new EPI Academy Courses. In 2023, EPI will host 11 CEPA Online Programs to expand the CEPA community, educate professional advisors and ultimately give advisors the skills they need to help business owners plan for successful exits.
The Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credential is for professional advisors who want to effectively engage more business owners. Through the process of Exit Planning (the Value Acceleration Methodology), owners can build more valuable companies, have stronger personal financial plans and align their personal goals.
The 2023, CEPA online programs will take place:

· February 13-17
· March 13-17
· April 17-21
· May 15-19
· June 12-16
· July 17-21
· August 21-25
· September 18-22
· October 23-27
· November 13-17

In addition to the CEPA online programs, EPI is expanding their EPI Academy course cataglog.
Team Building: Defining, Building, and Leading Well Functioning Teams focuses on the foundational elements of putting a team in place and how to master behaviors critical to a team’s success. This course is now available for all advisors and business leaders.
Empowering Conversations with Business Owners will cover the generational differences that impact business owners in the marketplace and how to change the mindset of the owner towards having value-driven conversations. This course is coming in 2023.
