At-Home Headache Relief
If you’re out of town and can’t get in to see us, that doesn’t mean you don’t want relief. Suppose you find yourself unable to book an appointment. In that case, there are a few stretches you can do to help relieve your headache: the cervical spine stretch, pectoral stretch, and levator scapulae muscle stretch.
