Inspired by his grandma’s cooking, the 23-year-old chef began cooking at 10, joining his nana in the kitchen as she transformed raw foods into delicious dishes. Over the years, he has honed his culinary skills, leveraging his passion and education at the renowned Johnson and Wales University. Prior to competing in Hell’s Kitchen, Steve worked in the field of culinary art as Executive Sous Chef at Richmond Country Club before deciding to venture independently as a personal chef.
Steve’s passion, diligence, and desire to push boundaries have continued to propel him to greatness, with the features evident on screen as he battles on the “Hell’s Kitchen” with Michelin Chef Gordon Ramsay.
