“Black Rock Construction, Inc.”, America’s leading paving service provider, has acquired “Professional Paving Services”, a certified provider of asphalt, grading, curbing, striping, and seal coating services based in Macon, Georgia. This acquisition strengthens Black Rock Construction, Inc.’s existing asphalt, grading, and paving services offerings for municipalities and governmental markets and expands its asphalt and paving capabilities nationwide. The full terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Black Rock Construction, Inc. is seeking out other acquisitions and will be looking to further grow and develop with governments looking to add funding to roadways, bridges, and highways.”
