ANTS Contractors, LLC Earns State of Texas DOT (TxDOT) DBE Certification Recognizing it as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise

Jan. 24, 2022 / PRZen / LAREDO, Texas — ANTS Contracting, LLC a Texas based road and highway construction company focused on managing and completing asphalt and road construction projects, announced today that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has certified it as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). TxDOT is a member of the Texas Unified Certification Program (TUCP). The TUCP certifies DBEs and ACDBEs for participation in DOT and FAA contracting projects across the State of Texas in compliance with Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR Parts 26 and 23). This certification affirms that ANTS Contracting, LLC is a disadvantaged-owned, operated and controlled business.
