Spotlight NY at The Paramount in Huntington on Long Island has introduced a new food menu, just in time for the summer. Digital Journal has the scoop.
This journalist tried the Caesar Fresco Salad, which is comprised of Arugula Caesar Salad with herb croutons, topped with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. It was quite tasty and the quintessential primer.
Smashed Fries was a neat side (appetizer) to accompany the salad.
For dessert, this journalist tried “Contrapposto,” which is almond biscotti with an espresso mascarpone cream, which was quite savory and delightful.
The Verdict
Overall, the new summer menu at Spotlight NY at The Paramount is highly recommended, and worth checking out when one is in the Huntington area on Long Island. It garners two thumbs up. Well done.
New Shows Announced at The Paramount
Particularly impressive is the fact that this new menu coincides with the announcement of the new shows for The Paramount, which will kick of in late August of 2021.
On the announcement of the new shows, The Paramount’s Marketing Director Adam Ellis remarked, “That felt amazing. Our goal was to be the first venue to announce them, in an effort to set the stage for normal before anybody else. Also, our 10th anniversary is not far away.”
“Come August 20, the venue will be very different,” Ellis said. “There will be new production, a new marquee, new lights, new sound, and new everything. It will be a much better experience for everybody”
