Bestselling author Nikki Green chatted about her book “‘Chameleon Mindset: Creative Ways To Embrace Change And Build Mental Resilience To Transform Your Life & Career.”

Green is a life and business resiliency expert who has been in the international business industry for over two decades and she is a three-time published author.

In addition, she is an avid traveler — visiting more than 14 countries and more than 30 states, and she has completed seven marathons, three ultras, and dozens of triathlons across three continents.

Green has dedicated her life to assisting others to reduce their fear to go after their dreams. She is the recipient of the “Golden Microphone Award.” Her greatest passion is empowering young people to reach their fullest potential.

‘Chameleon Mindset’

Her book “Chameleon Mindset” was released on February 22 via the Green Chameleon Collective.

The synopsis of the book is: Change happens, whether it’s forced on us or we create it. But too often, people get caught up in the challenges of change, creating anxiety and getting stuck. If this sounds familiar, there’s good news ahead.

No matter where you start, you have the power to reshape your mindset, decide to adapt to life shifts easily and transform to find fulfillment and peace of mind. More than a mindset book, this entertaining guide hands you the lifelong ability to adapt to every season of change.

This hits home for Green. Her entire life was filled with change and adaptation. She began coaching others after experiencing non-stop environmental shifts to life-changing events and building the mental resilience to adapt in these times of chaos.

Drawing from her success, psychology, and pop culture, Green wrote “Chameleon Mindset” for others seeking clarity while acclimating to new situations, and that is something that many people can relate to.

What have been one of your biggest challenges when writing your upcoming book, and also one of your biggest successes?

Although I love the creative process of writing, editing has been a challenge for me. The wonderful thing about today’s freelance community is you can find talented people who can help contribute to your genius with their masterful skills. Partnering with many talented and experienced people in the book

publishing business, not only has Chameleon Mindset been given the love to allow it to reach people who need this training, I’ve become a better writer and learned so much in the process.

People find inspiration in many different places, who or what inspires you?

I meet many inspiring people through my podcast, Stand Up & Stand Out, and hear their stories. Listening to the challenges these leaders have overcome to achieve their success continues to show me what’s possible in this life we have been given.

What’s the best compliment you have received from a client?

I love when people tell me that I have positive energy. Making people feel comfortable when they are trying to tackle hard things allows me to support their transformation and reach their goals.

Your new book is titled, “Chameleon Mindset.” What does that mean?

Chameleons change color as the ultimate Law of Attraction to attract the things they want: food, shelter, and a mate. Chameleon Mindset is about embracing change and finding mental resilience to go after your life’s dreams.

Your book talks about having a positive mindset when setting goals. How does that affect the goals?

Many of us let the negative mindset of others hold us back from what we truly want in life. When you begin to set realistic goals, you need to have a positive and emotional tie towards achieving those goals.

The first step towards achieving the goal is ensuring it is big enough to make you anxious but also excited enough to make it happen.
