This ranking was according to Pollstar Magazine, which is a leading publication in the music industry. It was based on ticket sales from January 1 until December 31, 2014.
While in its third year of operation, The Paramount hosted more than 150 events, which included concerts from the biggest names in music such as pop superstars Ed Sheeran and Meghan Trainor, Alter Bridge (featuring Myles Kennedy), Steve Miller Band, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer John Fogerty, The Monkees, among countless others.
Its comedy series last year were quite successful, featuring such esteemed comedians as Whoopi Goldberg, Dana Carvey, Frank Caliendo, as well as the late Joan Rivers.
