Review: SaraBeth delivers on new ‘Full Speed Ahead’ country EP (Includes first-hand account)

SaraBeth co-wrote four out of five songs on this musical effort. The EP opens with the mid-tempo “Somebody Who Is,” which is sassy with neat instrumentals.

It is followed by yet another mid-tempo tune, the upbeat “Keep On Keepin’ On,” which is the quintessentail sing-along.”Song About You” showcases her crystalline vocals, while “Windshield / Rearview” has an optimistic message to it about living life.

The EP closes with a stellar version of the Backstreet Boys classic “I Want It That Way,” which is worthy of the repeat button. She is truly able to dust it off and make it her own thanks to her angelic voice.

The Verdict

Overall, SaraBeth’s new EP garners 4 out of 5 stars. All of the songs have their own identities. Anybody who liked her debut single “I’m Sick of It” will enjoy this EP.
