Review: Jess Moskaluke electifying on new single ‘Night We Won’t Forget’

Moskaluke proves to get stronger with each and every single that she releases. That holds true for the upbeat and fun “Night We Won’t Forget.” It is a track on her Light Up The Night album, which is nominated for a 2015 Juno award for “Country Album of the Year.”

Moskaluke’s vocals are powerful and soaring. They are reminiscent of such vocalists as Jessie J meets LeAnn Rimes meets Katy Perry, and all of these comparisons ought to be taken as major compliments.

The music video for her new song “Night We Won’t Forget” will be available on YouTube on Monday. It is the follow-up to her previous single “Used.”

The Verdict

Overall, Jess Moskaluke impresses on “Night We Won’t Forget.” It is a substantial indication that her recent “Female Artist of the Year” award at the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) awards was well-deserved, and hopefully she should repeat the win at this year’s forthcoming ceremony. Her single garners an A rating.
