World’s top DJ Martin Garrix announces new book ‘LIFE = CRAZY’

This book will tell the story of Garrix’s life and career from a visual standpoint, as it is seen through the lens of friend and photographer Louis van Baar. It was published by MENDO, and they have a few limited print versions available for pre-order on their homepage.

Life = Crazy will give the reader an intimate look at Garrix’s life. It will include the electronic superstar’s personal moments and his greatest events as captured in Louis van Baar’s photographs. It explores what it is like to be behind the DJ booth, as he plays for thousands of fans, and as he travels around the world to the most stunning locations. It shows the highs and the lows that come with Garrix’s grueling schedule.

Garrix noted that he has shared many incredible memories with photographer Louis van Baar, so it is special for him to “immortalize” some of the memories in this book, which was surpassed all of his expectations. “I am very thankful that I can live my dream and get to experience so many incredible moments in this amazing journey,” Garrix said in a press statement.

Photographer Louis van Baar stated that Life = Crazy is a “great way” to look back on this journey, and show people how crazy and chaotic their life really is.

Garrix has been ranked as the “Top DJ in the World” by DJ Magazine in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

On September 1, Garrix will be headlining Electric Zoo at Randall’s Island Park in New York City, for its 10 year anniversary.
