The Marshall Tucker Band to embark on ‘Juke Jammin’ Tour in 2018 (Includes interview)

Their “Juke Jammin” tour will kick off this January at “The Southern Rock Cruise” in Tampa, Florida. It will be followed by 20 additional dates, which will feature stops in such cities as Raleigh, North Carolina, as well as Lexington, Kentucky, and Augusta, Georgia, among many others.

Doug Gray, the lead singer and sole original member of the iconic southern rock group, remarked, “As we continue our journey down the road, I just look back and marvel.”

Gray noted that it does not seem long ago that they were a bunch of kids playing music to make beer money for the weekend. “We’re looking forward to seeing our friends, old and new, on next year’s ‘Juke Jammin’ tour. As always, get ready to party,” Gray said, enthusiastically.

Most recently, on December 7, The Marshall Tucker Band played at The Paramount in Huntington on Long Island, New York, and this Saturday, December 16, they will be headlining B.B. King Blues Club in New York City, as part of their annual show.
