American Idol winner Kris Allen to perform at Bowery Ballroom

On April 18, Allen will be performing at the Bowery Ballroom in the heart of New York City.

Allen is known for winning the eighth season of American Idol, where he bested out friend and then-competitor Adam Lambert. His breakthrough single “Live Like We’re Dying” was a Top 20 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, peaking at No. 18.

His Letting You In album, which he released independently in March of 2016, is available on iTunes. It features the infectious single “Waves.” Allen either wrote or co-wrote all ten tracks on the Letting You In CD.
