This magical event is created and produced by esteemed magician Criss Angel, and it will feature nine mind-blowing acts. “During the show, I will be doing quite a few big illusions. I am also doing things that are personable to the audience,” he said. “When I first joined the ‘Supernaturalists,’ I was chatting with Criss and he was really receptive to some of the ideas that I had.”
Swank added, “I will be doing some really large illusions that aren’t really possible, unless you have a shop like Criss has, which is phenomenal. I will be a part of everything in the show that is big.”
When asked if he will be performing on any of the demonstrations during his tenure on America’s Got Talent, he responded, “Not exactly. There are a few things that are kind of similar, but nothing is exactly the same. I do have a couple of small ideas, but they did get modified and tweaked.”
He shared that it is going to be a “pretty massive show.” “I am certainly excited to get in front of a live audience and do these illusions in front of people. It is going to be a lot of fun,” he said.
Swank is drawn to magic due to the “pure feeling that you can give to others through the art of magic.” “It can take adults and give them that child-like wonder, and let them escape, and that is priceless. That is one of the things that really strikes home with me. That makes me feel good about performing,” he said.
He had nothing but the greatest remarks on working with Criss Angel. “He has been phenomenal. Honestly, it has been more than I could have ever expected. He is more dedicated than anybody else involved involved in the show. This has been his baby for quite a while now. He is immersed in every aspect of the show, and his DNA is just woven throughout from start to finish. Everything flows real smooth. I am really excited to be a part of it,” he said.
