“Jimmy’s and Jenny’s” is a forthcoming sitcom pilot that was co-created by George Papadimatos and Maytal Angel.
It is a feel-good, family-oriented, goofy sitcom about a man-child, George, and his feisty friend, Maya, who are forced to work together with his kooky family in a fun and loud Greek diner that ends up being their second home.
“Jimmy’s and Jenny’s is set in present time Long Island with flashbacks to the ’80s. It features two shows in one: a modern sitcom about a Greek diner in the present, and a feel-good throwback show about that same diner in the ’80s era.
Most recently, they were featured on “The Donna Drake Show” on CBS New York, where they spoke about filming this upcoming sitcom pilot.
According to IMDb, the cast includes such actors as Sarah Seeds, Geoge Papadimatos, Maytal Angel, Kwabena Ampofo, Carie Karavas, Kelly Karavites, Ron Barba, Vanessa Bontea, Roberto Ragone, Mike Massimino, Melissa Capista, and Angelo Mercado Jr.

On June 11, they hosted a “Jimmy’s and Jenny’s” Comedy Night fundraiser at the Knights of Columbus in Farmingdale, where acclaimed comedian Carie Karavas headlined the stand-up comedy show, and she was joined by many other talented local stand-up comedians.
