Afrojack launches talent contest to find most gifted producers

This talent search, powered by PMC Speakers, runs through January 14, 2019. People that participate will have the privileged opportunity to be mentored by Afrojack himself via an artist development agreement; moreover, they will have their remix released on his official record label, Wall Recordings/LDH Europe, and they will win a set of the award-winning PMC result6 studio monitors.

The “Global Remix Battle I” contest is open to DJs and producers from all over the world. The participants will be asked to remix a track from his Press Play EP, in a way that illustrates their unique skills and artistry. They will be able to upload their remix to the website, where they will be automatically entered into the remix battle.

Afrojack expressed in a press release that he is excited to see who and what they will discover from this talent search. “It is going to be very exciting to see what comes in,” he admitted. He praised producers are the people that work tirelessly to put music together, as well as for being creative. He hopes to be able to help spotlight some new talent to give other people a chance to start their music careers.
