Real estate is one of the most consistent, yet lucrative industries on the planet. Though real estate proves itself to be an incredibly persistent sect of business that will continue to be a powerhouse for creating meaningful economic stability and prosperity for as long as people will need homes to live in, it by nature is not the most progressive or innovative industry to get into. Real estate happens to be one of those stagnant industries that have taken on a sort of pattern where its practitioners only allow themselves to operate by the same old methods of working that leave little to no room for creativity as well as having a habit of neglecting people whose backgrounds predominate socially. Thanks to brokers like Mike Tate, the real estate landscape may be due for a rapid change.

Mike “Tate” Tetreault comes from a colorful yet troubled background full of strive. From life-threatening injuries to very serious run-ins with the law. Being from a hardworking greek family with unfavorable circumstances, Mike desires to connect with his clients and prove that there are options out there for real estate that are not your basic overly rudimentary brokers that people have had no choice but to have been used to.

After starting his real estate company, The Tate Team, Mike realized that the tired practices so often used in the field were just not very modern. It was filled with older white males whose goal was almost always to just produce large amounts of money for themselves with no regard for the quality of service or personalities behind their sales. There was clearly no difference being made in real estate and there was so much more to be done.

Mike decided to use the vast amounts of experience that he acquired from his eventful past to build a brand and add a face to the work he does with his houses, giving his clients a strong foundation to connect with and inevitably trust to broker for them. Mike wants everyone to know that he has a story and is not afraid to share it.

In an industry over-flooded with older entitled people, Tate is becoming the face of what is possible in real estate. By being of a beautiful culture and hard past, Mike Tate is building a brand around himself and his story that will be able to teach young aspiring entrepreneurs in similar situations that they do not have to conform to what has been to find success.
