GOP tax bill's generosity to alcohol industry gets mixed reviews

Washington - In the new GOP tax bill, beer, spirits and wine producers will get a two-year reduction in federal excise taxes worth $4.2 billion. However, public-health advocates are not celebrating the news, concerned the cuts will lead to a rise in alcohol abuse.
