ICE detention center accused of doing 'mass hysterectomies'

A whistle blower complaint was filed on Monday with the Office of the Inspector General, alleging an ICE detention Center in Georgia was performing "high rates" of hysterectomies. as well as not using COVID-19 safety precautions.
