Two new food recalls have been issued this week, both related to potential Listeria contamination. The recalls involved bagged lettuce and fresh cheese.
The province of Quebec will not compensate cheese retailers for the recall of possibly listeria tainted cheese in the province, according to Laurent Lessard, the Quebec Minister of Agriculture.
