While the congress searches for ways to control run-away federal spending, employees at the General Services Administration (GSA) apparently didn’t get the memo.

Toronto - Concerned Catholic Parents of Ontario organized a rally to protest Bill 13 at Queen's Park on March 29. Bill 13 would see all Ontario public schools form a gay straight alliance to help oppose bullying on the basis of sexual orientation.

The first national survey on homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia in Canadian schools was released on May 12 by Egale Canada, a Canadian LGBT advocacy group.

"The administrator appears to have fallen victim to a bureaucratic culture that fears, rather than rewards, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and bold leadership."

Eighteen agencies have been asked by the Office of Special Counsel to preserve electronic information dating back to 2001 as part of its government wide investigation into alleged violations of the law that limits political activity in federal agencies.

There may be big problems with American Government spending, but many agencies receive a clean audit.
