Jennings (19-1, 10 KOs) and Ortiz (23-0, 20 KOs) will face each other for the WBA interim heavyweight world title with Nicholas Walters and Jason Sosa as co-main events fighters.
The 31 year-old fighter from Pennsylvania was undefeated at 19-0 before losing to Wladimir Klitschko in a title fight last April at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
Ortiz was a longtime amateur fighter with more than 300 fights to his credit, winning gold medals in local and international competitions.
The 35-year-old Cuban fighter is unbeaten in 23 fights with 20 wins coming way of knockout. Ortiz is a two-time and current WBA interim heavyweight champion.
In the co-main event fight, Walters (26-0-0, 21 KOs) will be facing Sosa (18-1-3, 14 KOs) of Camden, New Jersey at the junior lightweight limit of 130 pounds, his first since losing his WBA super featherweight title on the scales against Miguel Marriaga.
While he lost his title on the scales, Walters remains unbeaten in his pro career. But the 29-year-old Jamaican fighter is untested in the 130-pound limit and it could give Sosa an edge as he has been fighting and knocking down opponents in the junior lightweight limit.
In the supporting bouts, former Manny Pacquiao foe Joshua Clottey (39-5, 22 KOs) will face Gabriel Rosado (21-9, 13 KOs) in a 10-round middleweight bout. Clottey is a former IBF welterweight champion.
Former WBA and IBF Featherweight World Champion Yuriorkis Gamboa (24-1, 17 KOs) will face Hylon Williams Jr. (16-1-1, 3 KOs) in a non-title fight.
Also included in a televised bout is a 10-rounder heavyweight non-title fight between Yuneski Gonzalez (16-1, 12 KOs) and Vyacheslav “Lion Heart – Chigonsky” Shabranskyy (14-0, 12 KOs).
