"We cannot thank our community enough for all the love and support you've shown us these past months," the swim school staff exclaimed. "It’s because of you that we’ve been able to keep doing what we love each and every day — teaching children how to be safer in and around the water."
"So, we wanted to take this time to extend the sincerest 'thank you' to each and every member of our #GoldfishSwimSchool family," they remarked.
The people's trust and support have allowed the Goldfish Swim School to dive back into what they love to do each day, which is teach children of different communities to be safe in and around the water. To this day, drowning remains to be the No. 1 cause of injury-related death among children ages one to four. Drowning takes the lives of three children in the United States every day.
Three-time Olympic gold medalist and world record holder swimmer Ryan Murphy serves as an ambassador for the Goldfish Swim School.
