Prosecutors say Zimmerman, 29, racially profiled Martin, a 17-year-old black teenager, as he walked back from a convenient store wearing a hoodie on a rainy night in February, 2012.
The court did not release the racial makeup of the jury, but reporters covering the jury selection saying it appears five of the women are white and the sixth appears to be Hispanic, The Associated Press reports.
George Zimmerman also identifies himself as Hispanic.
After Thursday's hearing, Zimmerman's Lawyer, Mark O'Mara was asked about his response over any concerns that there are no black jurors.
O'Mara noted that there were no black OR male jurors. He said, "Tell me that we did something wrong in the process and I'll agree with you."
Prosecutors refused to comment.
Four alternates were also selected. Those include two women and two men, Fox News reports. One of the men is Hispanic, the rest of the alternates are white.
The jurors were selected from Seminole County, which is reportedly 81% white.
Jury selection began June 10, NBC News reports. By Wednesday, the pool was down to 40 potential jurors who were asked about issues such as self-defense and reasonable doubt by prosecutors and defense lawyers.
A major development was made in the case Friday as the state can now present the fact that Trayvon Martin, who was killed on February 26, 2012, was racially profiled, The Orlando Sentinel reports.
