"I want to retire after Tha Carter V, which I hope would be my last album," Weezy told Jimmy, HipHopDX reports. The YMCMB rapper did not say when the album would dropping, however. It will not be his next album. That will either be Like Father, Like Son 2 with Birdman or the new Big Tymers album.
Kimmel asked him what he planned on doing once he retired. Lil Wayne replied, "Everything that I've never had a chance to do. Regular stuff. Drive your own car down the street...Things like spend quality time with my kids."
Wayne also addressed his seizures. He explained that he had a few seizures, and that one became serious because "it wasn't handled as quickly as it should have been," HotNewHipHop reports. Wayne told Jimmy that while his "homies" were all downstairs, he was upstairs seizing, all alone. "They didn't even know I was up there seizing."
Weezy said that now he's taking better precautions to be ready for a recurrence. He said he's taking certain steps to ensure that "everything's perfect."
The rapper confirmed that he has been epileptic for some time and that he has a "great doctor."
Wayne then addressed his skateboarding hobby, and made it clear that it was indeed just a hobby. He's not an "expert skater."
